Creator & Affiliate Program — Terms

1. Who can join You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. CAUNELLE SHOP reviews every application and may approve or decline it at its discretion. You may only have one creator account. 2. How you earn You earn 10% of the merchandise value of each eligible order placed through your personal link or code — after discounts, and excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards and eGift cards. Your link remembers a shopper for 30 days; if the shopper types a creator code at checkout, the code's owner gets the credit. Orders you place yourself, or that are placed by your household for their own use, are not eligible. 3. Pending, approved and paid A commission is pending for 30 days after the order is paid (our return window). If the order is refunded or cancelled, the commission is reduced or cancelled. After that period it becomes approved. Approved commissions are paid at least once a month when your balance reaches $25.00, by PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle to the account you add in your dashboard. We never ask for bank or card numbers inside the creator dashboard. 4. Your followers' discount Your code gives shoppers 5% off (one use per customer) unless stated otherwise. Codes may not be combined with other offers. 5. Honest promotion (FTC) You must clearly disclose your relationship with CAUNELLE SHOP in every post, video, story or live that promotes us — for example "#ad", "#partner" or the platform's paid-partnership label — in a way viewers will notice. Only share your honest opinions and real experiences. 6. Not allowed • Medical or drug claims (for example "cures acne", "treats eczema") or claims we have not approved. • Fake reviews, buying followers or clicks, or misleading content. • Paid search ads on our brand name, coupon or deal sites, spam, or unsolicited messages. • Content that is hateful, violent, sexual, or that targets minors. • Using our logo or name in a way that suggests you are CAUNELLE SHOP itself. Breaking these rules can lead to removal from the program and loss of unpaid commissions. 7. Samples Products we send for content creation are a gift to help you create; they are not payment. Please disclose gifted products in your content. Samples are subject to availability and our approval. 8. Your content You keep ownership of your content. When you submit a video or post to us, you allow CAUNELLE SHOP to show it on our website and social accounts with credit to you, without additional payment. You confirm you have the rights to everything in it (music, people, images). You can ask us to remove it at any time. 9. Taxes You are responsible for your own taxes. US creators who are paid $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a Form W-9 before further payouts; we will send you a secure way to provide it. Never send your Social Security number by email or chat. 10. Changes and ending We may update these terms or the commission rate with notice by email; changes apply to orders placed after the update. You or we may end the partnership at any time. Approved commissions earned before ending will be paid unless they resulted from a breach of these terms.
