We want you to be completely satisfied with your CAUNELLE purchase. If an item isn’t right for you, our returns process is simple.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unopened and sealed in its original packaging

• Returned with all original contents and packaging

• Accompanied by your order number

Hygiene policy: to protect the health and safety of all our customers, opened, tested or used cosmetics, skincare and body care products cannot be returned. This does not apply to items that arrive damaged or defective.

Final sale: gift cards, items marked “Final Sale,” and free gifts or samples cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact us. Email info@caunelleshop.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you would like to return

• The reason for your return

Step 2: Receive your instructions. Our Client Care team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization and the address to send your item(s) to.

Step 3: Ship your return. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging and send them using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your tracking number until your return is processed.

Step 4: Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@caunelleshop.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item and its packaging, and we will make it right.
