Beauty and skincare products: everyone's skin is unique. We recommend reading the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a medical professional if needed. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices, promotions and product availability may change at any time without notice.

While we work hard to ensure accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel any order for that product, even after it has been placed. If your payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed purchase limits.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, rates and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

9. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gift Cards

• Discount codes are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and have no cash value.

• We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and are not replaced if lost or stolen.

10. VIP Circle Rewards

Rewards points and VIP benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Points earned on orders that are later cancelled or refunded may be removed from your account.

11. Reviews and Content You Share

By submitting a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is your own, honest and accurate. You grant CAUNELLE a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content in connection with our brand. We may remove any content at our discretion.
