Application terms

1. What this application is The CAUNELLE SHOP Beauty Models Division recruits models for CAUNELLE SHOP's own product photography, shop pages, campaigns and marketing. It is separate from the CAUNELLE SHOP Creator Program. Applying does not guarantee selection, a booking or payment, and it does not make you an employee or agent of CAUNELLE SHOP. 2. Who can apply You must be at least 18 years old. No professional modeling experience is needed. The information you give must be true and your own. One application per person. 3. Your photos You confirm that you own every image and video you upload, or have permission from the photographer and anyone else who holds rights in it to submit it to us. Submitting an application does NOT give CAUNELLE SHOP any right to publish or use your photos. We use them only to evaluate your application. They are stored privately and are visible only to you and to authorised members of our casting team. 4. Selection We review every application with the same criteria and choose models according to the needs of each shoot and campaign (for example the products, shades and skin types being photographed). We don't discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age (above the minimum) or body type, and skin texture is never a reason to decline. We may not be able to explain individual decisions. 5. Photoshoots, image rights and pay If you're selected, you may be invited to photoshoots. You can say no to any invitation. Before any photo of you is used on our shop or in marketing, you sign a written model agreement that states exactly where it may be used (which shop pages and which channels), for how long, and what you are paid. Photos are used only within that agreement. When you apply you must agree that, once you are approved, your professional name, categories and the photos covered by your agreement may appear anywhere on CAUNELLE SHOP's website and app (shop and product pages, homepage gallery, models directory and a public profile). Paid advertising with your photos is a separate, optional choice you make when applying. 6. Withdrawal, expiry and removal Before you are approved, you can withdraw your application and delete your data from your account at any time. Once you are approved, your page becomes view-only: you can see your photos and documents, but you can't change, remove, withdraw or delete anything yourself. To ask for any change or removal, you email CAUNELLE SHOP; we review every request under your agreement and decide. When an agreement ends, or is ended by agreement, CAUNELLE SHOP removes the photos from the places it covered. 7. Conduct CAUNELLE SHOP will never ask you for money to apply, to be represented or to attend a shoot, and will never ask for intimate or nude images. If anyone claiming to represent us does, please report it to us.

What we collect: your contact details, date of birth, location, beauty profile (categories, optional skin type, shade, undertone and hair type, beauty routine, experience, availability, social and portfolio links), the photos and video you upload, and — for applicants under 18 — your parent or guardian's name, contact details and confirmation. Why: only to evaluate your application, communicate with you about it and, if you are selected, to manage your roster profile, bookings and agreements. Who can see it: you, and authorised CAUNELLE SHOP staff with Beauty Models access. Your photos are never placed on a public link. Staff notes and ratings are internal. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Public display: nothing about you is public before you are approved. When you apply you agree that, once approved, your professional name, categories and the photos covered by your agreement may appear on CAUNELLE SHOP's website and app. After approval, requests to change or remove anything are made by email and decided by CAUNELLE SHOP. How long we keep it: • Unfinished drafts: deleted after 180 days without activity. • Applications that are not selected: deleted 365 days after the decision (so we can reconsider you for future projects), or earlier if you ask. • Withdrawn applications: deleted within 30 days. • Approved models: kept while the agreement applies. Signed agreements, their acceptance records and the ID photo (kept for the period stated in your agreement) are kept to show the permission we were given for published images and for legal purposes. Your choices: before approval, from your account you can update your contact details, withdraw your application and delete your Beauty Models data and files. After approval, you can view your page and documents, and you email us for any change or request; we review each request and decide, keeping what we need under your agreement and the law. You can also download your data from your account's profile page or contact us.
