Delete your account

Delete your CAUNELLE account

You can ask us to delete your CAUNELLE account (website and Caunelle app) and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Option 1 — From your account

1. Sign in at caunelleshop.com.

2. Go to My account → Profile.

3. Choose "Request account deletion".

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to info@caunelleshop.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

What is deleted: your account, profile, addresses, wishlist and marketing preferences.

What we may keep: order and payment records that the law requires us to keep (for example for taxes), for the period the law requires. We confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

Delete only some of your data You can delete some of your data without deleting your account: • Saved addresses: remove them in My account → Addresses. • Wishlist: remove items from your wishlist. • Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any email. • Any other data: email info@caunelleshop.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my data". We reply by email once it's done.
